We ship via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We typically respond within 1 business day. For order issues, please include your order number.
We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and your child’s photo, only what’s needed to create and deliver your order.
Used once, to create your cards, then automatically deleted within 14 days of your cards arriving. If you don’t complete an order, it is deleted within 14 days flat. It is never used to train AI and never shared with anyone. Your card artwork is only shared with our printer to make your pack.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we’ll send you updates on new card designs and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use Shopify to process payments. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
